The need
Providers of intellectual and developmental disability services run on documentation, shift scheduling, medication records, Medicaid billing and payroll, usually spread across disconnected tools. The client needed one system shaped around the individual receiving care, with a mobile app that direct support professionals would use on every shift.
What Dynamic Labs Mindware did
Dynamic Labs Mindware created a complete system, including requirements mapping, product design, engineering of the desktop and mobile applications, and deployment.
What it does today

- 3Revenue hub: Medicaid billing with built-in checks, authorisations and budgets tracked, timesheets ready for payroll export
